1. Digital Product

Siska is a fully digital, software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. No physical goods are manufactured, stored, or shipped. This policy exists to comply with payment gateway requirements and to clarify the nature of what you are purchasing.

2. Delivery

Access to your Siska subscription is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. There is no shipping, no delivery lead time, and no physical item to be received. You can begin using the service the moment your payment is processed.

3. Returns

Because Siska is a digital service with no physical component, traditional returns are not applicable. If you have concerns about your purchase, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact us directly.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails to process, access to the service will not be granted or will be suspended until the payment is resolved. You will be notified and given the opportunity to update your payment details.
