Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Siska operates on a monthly subscription basis. All subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle. Once a billing period has begun, the charge for that period is non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to your plan and credits until then, and you will not be charged again.

2. Credits

Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and expire at the end of that cycle. Unused credits do not carry forward to the next period and are not refundable in cash or credit.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us at hello@helangmas.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where an error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund promptly.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may grant refunds at our sole discretion in cases of significant service outages or other exceptional circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
